One person went to the interview. He is very poor person depending on his friends for his livelihood. He sat in the chair. His turn came and went to meet hr while he opening the hr's door. The handle has been broken and come into his hand due to put all his energy on the softdoor. HR seen and asked to pay rs.5000/- he told I don't have money even for night dinner also I am sorry he told. He got an idea and told the HR that its my mistake only give me job for one month and I will pay my entire salary 15000 to you for the door and I will go after one month he said to hr. Hr agrees and give a job for him for 1 month after speaking to manager.
He proved himself in that one month and he worked well moreover he is very talented person. When he got the salary for one month he went to hr cabin to pay his salary.
At that time manager is also there and both of them ask to work permanently in their company.
He happily agreed and manager given his salary back. Now its 6th year he is working in that company. Now if company wants to take any decision they contacted him for guidance.
Now his salary is 1.5 lakhs per month and he is assistant manager in that company.
I can get following points from his life
1. God definitely give a chance to us.
2. The companies are not taking valid people.
